This is a good product and a time saver. However, there are no instructions for using some of the accessories i.e. the shredders and graters. It would be helpful to have more recipes, too. But, the lack of instructions for safely using some of the accessories hinders me from saying that this a great product.
I nicked a fingernail trying to use the large shredder. A bit scary since my nails are short and my finger would have been next. The blades are as sharp as they say.
