This is an awesome small kitchen essential! Love it. It is very effective in chopping/mashing/pureeing small to medium quantities. I use it everyday. Can't ask for a better tool!
The only thing that is showing signs of aging is the plastic cup which is cracking in places. I have owned it for 2.5 years now and still works great! would buy it again!

I Bought this for those "little" jobs, when I didnt want to have to bring out the big processor. Its Perfect for Celery & Onion chopping. You just Chop up large chunks, and drop in and puch button and done. I Make alot of egg salad, and tuna salad for lunch, so work great for the quick chop. Ive also chopped nuts, for salads. To clean its easy. Pull out the blade, and wash and done! Also Love the Store feature. You Pull out the blade, and pull the bottom off ( It becomes the top) and you cover and can keep the chopped items in your fridge. LOVE it. Highly reccomend. Makes it easy to cook!

The closest this thing has come to failing me is trying to chop an ounce of luke-warm cooking chocolate. It sputtered like the little engine that could but eventually tore through it; basically it's no Fargo wood chipper. Realistically it can only chop about a cup worth of whatever, anything more and it won't cycle through everything. Other than its size limitations it pretty much rocks. Cleaning is simple as long as you use caution while working the blades (which slice thin and deep if you're curious).

Let me tell you: this little guy is a champion. His stamina, his tenacity? They're astounding! The Black & Decker EHC650 takes a lickin' and keeps on ticking. Does it have two blades so your food doesn't get unevenly chopped? You better believe it. Do the blades stay sharp even after over a year (in my case) of use?
